Source Weighting

Grow the corpus's evidentiary backbone. Promote each source's confidence weight as you verify it — tertiary (blog/aggregator) → secondary (newspaper/secondary lit) → primary (archive, city record, oral history, the document itself). Sources are ordered by impact (pins citing them); a promotion strengthens every source-overlap edge it anchors in the network. Weights/types only — records are created and attached by the sync, derived from pin sources.
